Arino is looking forward to take on board a person who is versatile in character and smart in nature. The ideal candidate should be a trendy individual who likes and looks forward for the contemporary arts and trends and should be a fashion geek. The person should be a thinker who thinks different than ordinary and can communicate the ideas well to the others so that the ideas can be implemented at the fullest. Responsibilities
· The candidate would also look after the competitors in depth and would convey on daily basis about the ideas and concepts developed by other brands in competition.
· Work to develop concepts for Facebook page posts, Instagram posts, and even coming up with new ideas regarding seasonal sales offer
· To subscribe to various luxury brands’ newsletters in order to know the daily updates in the fashion industry internationally
· The new candidate would be responsible for supporting the team on creative projects involving all aspects of design, concept, creation and execution
· Develop creative concepts and ideas independently and in advance and communicate them visually with the higher authorities
· Provide creative consulting/direction on photo and video shoots, advertising campaigns, online activation, product designs, and interior/architectural designs
· Support the team with design and layout of presentations, posters, flyers, brochures and other collateral
Requirements
· Be a self-starter, able to balance creativity and professionalism, with some commercial sense and understanding of business
· Should be a geek of Facebook and Instagram, that is the candidate should be an active user of both apps and must know how to represent a brand on both platforms
· Proficiency in Photoshop is not a requirement, however if he/she has a basic understanding of Photoshop or even know how to use it, it would be a plus. Also if the candidate is unaware of the software, he/she can sit with the graphic designer and can guide him their ideas.
· Versatile in terms of personal interests and portfolio with a strong cultural awareness, especially of visual and creative trends ranging from art, design, fashion, technology, music, film, or architecture
· Fluency in English language would be a plus.
