| Job Description: |
|
Responsible for planning & organizing the operational preparedness of the base office all the time. Ensure that the billing and the shipment record is properly entered in the ERP and check the billing database as per the billing instructions and the policy on daily basis. Supervise and maintain the control room and check the allocation of CIT vehicles to the services. Ensure that the vehicles are in the road worthy condition before moving out for the services. Responsible for the discipline and taking measures to ensure the cohesiveness of the entire team. To keep cordial relations and necessary liaison with Civil Police and District Administration at the base level to avoid interference by them in the smooth conduct of CIT operations. Assist RM in recovery cases and dues of CIT service of the base from the clients. Make dedicated efforts to comply to meet the targets by bringing improvement in business promotion of CIT Services. Ensure that timely and efficient service is being provided to all clients. Expand client network to enhance services as per target by regular liaison with the clients. Assist Regional Manager in forecasting budget preparations. Ensure accounts and inventory is maintained as per company SOPs. Carryout forward planning of logistics of transportation of cash by means of road/air. Supervise the kotes and ensure the maintenance of weapons and ammunition on weekly basis. Ensure that CIT Crew is security wise cleared, medically fit and, suitably trained before deployment. Carry out in time deployment of CIT Crew as per contract finalized with the clients. Carry out surprise check of CIT Crew and supervise their activities during day and night. Maintain operation/control room and Quick reaction Squads to tackle any emergency/s. Carryout forward planning of administration to maintain the Base Office. Ensure correct and up to date maintenance of attendance/preparation of salaries/overtime payments and submission to HR department of the Region. Ensure timely disbursement of pay and allowances to all CIT Crew. Submission of required reports and returns pertaining to CIT Crew in time to the regional office. Maintain liaison with all clients and ensure to maintain the terms and conditions given in the agreement.

A young retired Army Officer (Major) is required who has worked in any security company/Cash In Transit Service and having experience of Mechanical Transport Management, preferably from Armour, SP Artillery or Mechanized Infantry.
Intelligence/MP qualified or worked with Security setup of any reputable NGO will be preferred.
Should have good knowledge of accounting process for handling large sums of money.
Experience of military security organization will be preferred.
Preferably Psc/Lsc and MBA /Masters in Business Administration from HEC Recognized Institution.
Diploma in any Security Training from a reputable organization/Military, Law Enforcement Experience.
Should have a good knowledge and experience of working on computers (MS Office), on internet and internet Outlook.
Should have a good typing speed.
