Job Description:
  • Assist Regional Manager in achieving the given targets by evolving marketing strategies and purposeful follow up by setting key performance indicators.
  • Assist Regional Manager in improving and promoting the business of AGL by productive feedback from the clients and figuring out weaknesses and areas for improvement.
  • Keep Regional Manager informed of all matters related to Marketing and current state of recoveries.
  • Responsible for planning and organizing the marketing and recovery activities and preparedness all the time.
  • Supervise all activities being performed by the staff engaged in the preparation of invoices, recovery and receipt of payments in shape of cash, draft or PO and ensure that the amount is deposited with the Finance department of the region and keep a detailed database of the clients, agreed invoice rates, current and the outstanding debts of the region. 
  • Ensure compilation, preparation and submission of daily, weekly and monthly Marketing and recovery reports and returns in time and checking of its correctness.
  • Ensure that the invoice record is properly entered in the ERP/module and check the recovery database as per the instructions and policy on daily basis by implementing methods to check the pilferage's by checking and comparing the record of invoices and deposits.
  • Responsible for the discipline of the under command staff and take measures to ensure the cohesiveness of the entire team.
  • Ensure to collect the tax challans from the clients on quarterly basis.
  • Identify potential clients and persuade them to get services from AGL on competitive terms. 
  • Enter into contract with the clients and carryout all necessary formalities.
  • Maintain a healthy relationship with the clients on regular basis and eradicate any hindrances by personal liaison with the clients.
  • Generate the invoice on regular monthly basis and deliver it to the clients after ensuring its correctness and accuracy.
  • Recover the outstanding amount and cost of services provided to the clients monthly by continuous interaction.
  • Make the best efforts to expand the clients networks by ensuring efficient and timely services as required by the clients or as per the agreed terms and conditions.
