Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and responding to customer queries on social media
- Devise a social media strategy and plan
- Devise a social media plan and schedule based on the outlined strategy
- Create/Manage content that will carry a consistent voice that properly conveys the brand for each social media channel
- Manage community of fans and followers on all social media accounts
- Write/Edit copy as needed
- Actively coordinate with design / marketing team
- Monitor and report on social media effectiveness
- Review and recommend new platforms / approach to social media marketing
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to coordinate with different departments
- Ability to multitask
- Prior experience in social media marketing is preferable
- Ability to work in a team
- Candidate should be very active in meeting deadlines.
- Basic level of knowledge of HTML
