Formulation of panel workshop agreement and labor rate list for motor repairs
Effective and efficient handling of all aspects of claims within your authority to high technical standards and quality, including Negotiation, settlement and defence, legal and policy liability
Maintain and build on existing customer relationships and encourage business retention through contacts with clients in respect of day-to-day claims handling.
