|
- Provide assistance for program implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of all GBV activities at field level.
- Collect and analyze relevant data and assist the Project Reporting Officer /Monitoring officer to collate and prepare data driven reports and other key documents.
- Deliver orientations on GBV and gender issues to staff members internally and externally as and when needed.
- Ensure effectiveness of provincial program activities on a monthly basis, and submit monthly reports to the Project reporting officer.
- Cooperate with Project reporting officer/monitoring officer to ensure that project supplies and resources are available in a timely manner to support program implementation.
- Support exchange visits between project and organizations working in the respective areas of intervention to share information, identify best practices and challenges and enhance collaboration and networking among partners.
- Coordinate with Gov line departments, CSOs to join the GBV Prevention and response Network, and establish Multi-sectoral GBV referral mechanism where essential.
- Make sure that GBV Case management is in place and proper record maintained.
- Ensure the implementation of GBV SOPs
- Provide support and guidance to other AICD staff to assist in their capacity-building activities.
- Regularly report to the Project reporting officer on all activities, weekly, bi-monthly & monthly with progress, achievements, bottlenecks to document challenges and lesson learned.
- Assist with any other duties as deemed necessary by the Supervisor(s).
