Preference will be given to the Candidates with experience of Container Terminal Operations.

1. To plan and manage the day to day CFS Operations of Container Terminal ensuring speedy loading, unloading and clearance of containers and maintaining the prescribed levels of productivity and cost standards.

2. Ensuring that import and export operations are carried out in the right sequence as per plan.

3. Supervise complete De-stuffing occurred in CFS department and ensure accuracy and completeness of work done related to Shed and General Cargo De-stuffing.

4. Ensure Cargo is stacked correctly and feeding of all necessary documents completely updated in the Computer Software system

5. Ensure all necessary steps taken and completed according to Company SOP / Policy at the time of delivery of Cargo.

6. Make all necessary arrangements for the auction for auctionable cargo.

7. Interaction with the shipping lines, customs and other Statutory Govt. Bodies

8. Ensuring smooth and timely discharge/loading operations especially empty container deliveries and other CFS movement between CY to CFS and vice Versa.

9. Ensuring that seals of containers are checked so that tey are not tampered with and also ensuring that all damages to containers are properly recorded and signature of concerned agency / official obtained before the end of the shift.
