- Analyze and document business requirements.
- Understand customers requirements/problems and document those areas and provide best possible business solutions.
- Write functional/business requirements documents, user guides etc.
- Anticipates business needs and presents solutions to their manager/project management that encompass issues at hand.
- Work with other organizations that hold industry information and compile all related business knowledge and deliver it to team.
Required Skills:
- Demonstrable experience of analyzing and documenting complex business processes
- Demonstrable experience writing requirements specification for information system
- Deliver well organized presentations
- Well polished verbal & written communication skills are necessary
