Implement SPC (Statistical Process Control) at each battery manufacturing process to reduce wastages & rejections, improve product quality and monitor process/ machine behavior on continuous basis.
Conduct FMEA of each process machine/ equipment to Identify, Define, and Eliminate, to possible extent, known or Potential Failure Modes of a Product or System.
Conduct GEMBA meeting at shop floor for immediate corrective actions against part/ plate defects in case of defects found in the battery plates.
Assist MQA in conducting In-house Quality Audit related to battery manufacturing processes. Also, assist MQA in carrying out follow up audits.
Assist MQA in conducting in-house training of workers and operators deputed in the plate manufacturing processes to improve their skill level.
Supervise QA Lab Officers (Day/ Night Shifts) in effectively managing Laboratory activities concerning to Chemical Testing and Metal Analysis.
Ensure that all quality procedures are in line with the requirement of Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008.
Verify and revise quality standards, Pictorial SOPs as and when needed with the approval of MQA/ GMQA.
Conducting internal audits according to ISO 9001:2000 standards of shops as per the plan issued by MR (Management Representative).
Skills
2- Must have sound interpersonal, communication and team building skills.
3- Must be aware of QMS ISO 9001:2008.
