Job Description: To facilitate every customer till the installation process & make sure that every customer will be satisfied by maintaining a favorable working relationship with them. Promote harmonious & cooperative working environment with all employees and ensure operations execution meets company standards and customer expectations Essential Duties and Responsibilities Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned. - Posting corrects information in crystal software including payments & customer information.
- CPE / Inventory Management
- Responsible for making sales & facilitate the customer till the installation process.
- Taking care of cash by following cash handling procedures & follow proper handing & taking over shift procedures to ensure the hassle free, smooth or fruitful environment.
- Coordination with Installation team.
- Make sure that experience area PCs / Laptops are working properly.
- Accurately maintaining & updating customer accounts information.
- Responsible for data entry functions.
- Deal with telephone inquiries from customers & any other which may be made.
- Make sure that the work atmosphere should be pleasant, calm & clean.
- Make sure that the customer is happy & satisfied.
- Resolve customer�s issues.
- Promptly informs immediate supervisor of all pressing issues and takes prompt corrective action where necessary or suggests alternative courses of action
- Maintains a favorable working relationship with all employees to promote a cooperative and harmonious working environment in order to facilitate positive employee morale, productivity, and continued improvement.
- Ensure Operations execution meets Company standards and customer expectations.
