Job Description:

· Job Profile:

--To be responsible for managing all brand communications through digital channels, from delivering stand alone projects to integrated campaigns, developing brand presence as well as tracking online performance. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for delivering the digital brand objectives.

--Marketing budget logging & reconciliation in liaison with the Finance & Procurement team

--Digital Marketing

--To be responsible for execution and prioritizing digital marketing objectives

--To develop and execute solid plans to increase page views, unique visitors, dwell time and site ‘stickiness’ to encourage repeat usage

--To analyze campaigns, identify trends and provide fast, accurate reports, optimizing campaigns to produce the best return on investment

--To manage the use of digital media to support the overall marketing strategy

--To work with the wider marketing & sales team to improve customer attraction and retention

--To take responsibility for managing significant digital marketing projects ensuring that they are delivered within budget and scope

--To be responsible for managing the online marketing budget

--To develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and third party providers

--Budget Management

--To be responsible for the management of the existing marketing budget worksheet in terms of expenses, purchase orders & approvals

--To conduct periodic reviews of the expenses incurred in liaison with the Finance & procurement team

--To accurate review all expenses against allocated budgets

--To serve as a focal point for all data collection of marketing expenses

--Teamwork

--To work as part of a wider team to drive brand awareness

--To work as part of a team to achieve the departmental goals

--To work together with other departments and divisions within the organization to identify any process improvements and improve standards, efficiency and profitability.

 
Skills Required:
 
**Essential Requirement**
--At least 4 years of work experience in a professional corporate environment in a similar role

--At least 2 years of experience in managing online advertising campaigns

--Minimum bachelors level of education

--Strong understanding the digital landscape and how it can be used to support and develop the brand

--Proficiency using tools to track and report on response rates, traffic and pick up

--Solid understanding of Word Press, PHP, MySql, Photoshop, Flash, HTML, Dreamweaver, FBML, Ms Project, Google Analytics
