Ideal candidates should be quick learners with strong communication and analytical skills. Individuals must be fluent in English speaking with a neutral or British accent.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls to international customers.
  • Filling on line applications of customers.
  • Identifying problems and offering solutions to customers over the phone.
  • Fulfilling daily targets given by company .
  • Understand the impact of attitude in handling calls professionally
  • Apply the proper telephone etiquette to satisfy various customer situations.
  • Meets commitments to customers
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Shift Timmings: 2.00 pm to 10.30 pm

Mandatory Skills:
- Must have excellent capability of learning and serving
- Excellent English communication skills
- Long term stable job applicants
- British Accent (preferred)
- Ability to work in Night Shift.
- Familiar with MS Office and Internet Browsing
- Dependable & hard working
