- To settle/resolve all the recovery issues of the group especially concerning to Franchise/ Dealers etc.
- To implement/monitor and control the franchise/dealership establishments documents with a special focus for securing the credit.
- To take all legal measures for making recoveries.
- To purse the court cases relevant to recovery/ settlements
- To support the management in preparation of contracts
- To engage/ make councils.
- Able to prepare all legal documents
