|
The candidate(s) will be responsible for: - Overseeing work of Administrative staff
- Ensuring all goods/services provided are up to standard and fixing any problems encountered
- Establish and maintain suppliers details
- Review the Gate in/out records and prepare reports as and when required
- Visit suppliers office to capture data for suppliers profiles to select suppliers for product /service
- Administer official travel arrangements of staff members,including reservation of air travel,hotel accommodation and appropriate daily subsistence allowances
- Assist in managing the administrative requirements for the repair and maintenance of office and computer equipment
- Ensuring compliance to the implemented information security policies.
- Ensuring that the information/data of our clients and their customers is maintained according to the Information Security Standard, by applying adequate and appropriate information security controls
- Implementing the controls necessary to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the information or computer system
