AutoSoft Dynamics is looking to hire highly motivated individual with strong Human Resource Management Concepts. The candidate(s) will be responsible for: - Assisting in implementing human resource policies
- Assisting the HR Manager in employee recruitment
- Preparing job advertisements for open positions in cooperation with Team Managers
- Arranging interview process for new candidates and organizing orientation sessions for new employees
- Ensuring proper maintenance of documentation of new employees and the existing employees in personal files
- Ensuring that employee data in HR system is up to date
- Maintaining the leave management system and verifying annual leave records
- Assisting in coordinating training activities for employees
- Preparing separation documents for separating employees;and
- Perform other related duties as required
- Ensuring compliance to the implemented information security policies.
- Ensuring that the information/data of our clients and their customers is maintained according to the Information Security Standard, by applying adequate and appropriate information security controls
- Implementing the controls necessary to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the information or computer system
