1. - i. Review and assess existing relevant training needs reports, identifying key skills and training gaps in agribusiness and marketing including post harvest management areas ii. Prepare with national training specialist and with input from other team members and counterparts a training program and action plan, the curricula to be covered and identify the training providers that can supply the training services iii. Submit training program to team leader for PMO endorsement; iv. Prepare with procurement specialist standard procedures for the recruitment of training providers v. Provide brief training manual report on priorities, providers, recruitment mechanisms and training evaluation procedures vi. Provide technical input into monitoring and evaluation framework for training activities. Required Qualifications and Experience: 2. Bachelors Degree in agricultural business training/ extension or agricultural communications with a Masters Degree in the same area preferred 3. At least ten years of professional experience, with at least five years experience in developing countries 4. Extensive professional experience in preparing training assessment, and course preparation and management of training programs. |
