- Experience of OOP (Object Orientated Programming) in PHP
- Experience in MVC and other design patterns (Code Ignitor or Zend MVC preferred)
- Demonstrable experience of managing Linux & Windows server environments, Competent in HTML5 & CSS3
- Ability to create a robust schema with MySQL
- Experience leading a team of developers
- Experience of issue tracking and project management software
- Competent in JavaScript & JavaScript Frameworks (We use JQuery for the majority of projects)
- Experience in using XML and AJAX
- Experience in Open Source CMS is required (Word Press, Joomla Or Drupal)
- Experience in e-Commerce with Magento as well as custom e-Commerce website development is required
You will need to have: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- An obsession with everything tech & internet
- An eye for design and usability
- A keen understanding of code performance, cleanliness and web standards
