Summary:
Require a “Team Coordinator” for IT Service Management (System Support/ helpdesk) team who has hands on experience of 1st Level & 2nd level user support. The incumbent should have at least 2 years experience of leading a helpdesk team.
Job Description:
You will be responsible for managing team of helpdesk to troubleshoot technical problems by doing root cause analysis and redirecting problems to appropriate resource. You will follow standard help desk procedures by identifying and escalating solutions that require urgent attention. You will also be responsible to provide external location support and prepare activity reports Benefits Package
