- Manage Office operations and administrative activities which include planning, organizing and overseeing a variety of official activities.
- Attends to a variety of administrative details such as keeping informed of departmental/division activities, transmitting information, developing, implementing and interpreting policies and procedures and monitoring day to day operations of the functional area to which assigned.
- Prepares correspondence, reports, forms, work orders, and specialized documents related to the organizational unit to which assigned from drafts, notes, brief instructions, corrected copy, proofreads materials for accuracy, completeness and compliance with organizational policies.
- Creates and maintains database and spreadsheet files.
- Provides technical assistance to staff on operational issues such as personnel policies, purchasing, record keeping and contract administration
- Coordinating with the Head Office located in Peshawar for relevant tasks.
- Performs any other duty as assigned by the supervisor.
Skills
b. Hands on experience of working on MS Office and Spread sheets.
