CMMI/ISO 27001 Implementation Specialist will participate in implementing the roll-out of a CMMI/ISO 27001 implementation initiative across the development site with Agile Methodology. The CMMI Implementation Specialist will work directly with internal teams to refine processes for implementation of Industry Standard

Job Responsibilities:

  • Utilise experience to assist in the development and implementation of a CMMI/ISO 27001 program
  • Recommend and implement improvements to current processes and documentation to ensure on-going compliance with CMMI/ISO 27001 information security standards
  • Educate internal teams on CMMI/ISO 27001 processes and methodologies
  • Develop strong working relationships with cross functional internal teams to establish standard documentation procedures.
  • Monitor project documentation & processes related to the project
  • Define and implement corrective actions where non-conformities have been identified
  • Participate in project team meetings (technology, support and business teams) to provide guidance with current process - procedure documentation
  • Create/revise documents & templates as required
  • Create training documents
  • Facilitate training sessions

Skills

Strong implementation knowledge of ISO 27001/CMMI level 3 and onwards
Good communication (verbal/written) skills. Ability to communicate at various levels within the organization is must.
Very good analytical skills and logical thinking is required.
Excellent attitude to learn and flexibility to work in a changing environment with lot of uncertainty and challenges
