An Accounting Team Lead is a unique and integral role as a 'trusted business advisor' in driving key business decisions, supporting operations and influencing business results for all of the company's business units and geographies, as well as in a myriad of specialized corporate functions. At Base Camp Data Solutions, accounting is about the accurate recording of the company's financial performance using Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Local Statutory Principles (International Financial Reporting Standards). Professionals working in this area perform complex operational/technical accounting and analysis, profitability reporting and present to the Senior Finance Leaders We are looking for candidates who can perform technical / operational accounting and analysis, profitability reporting and can present to the Senior Finance Leaders. You'll provide sound management information and interpretation while ensuring high standards of financial control. Qualifications: - University degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance form a foreign Institution
- Accounting Designation (CGA/CMA/CA) required
- Minimum 4 to 5 years relevant accounting / finance experience
- Strong presentation and leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Analytical and detailed oriented
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work in a team environment
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and MS Access
Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree
- English: Fluent
