Being Student is a web based portal to connect all stakeholders of education so they can collaborate and bring about the much awaited educational transformation. We are looking for a Proactive, Creative, Trend Setter and above all, a Passionate and Loyal Team Player to join our Team of Young, Dynamic and Skillful People as ‘Executive Operations - Administrator’ and help us manage our daily operations and meet our targets.
Duties and Responsibilities
Administrative Responsibilities:
1. To draft correspondence, memoranda, reports on technical and non-technical matters as and when required.
2. To maintain, update the inventory records, manage logistic, negotiate with vendors manage and reconciliate petty cash and perform other duties as required.
3. To manage the entire services and products portfolio and also specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
4. Close liaison with the field force to assess the response to and suitability of current promotional material and to ensure that the printed/digital promotional material is being used optimally. Design and implement promotional activities both in-house and outdoor.
5. Design market research projects in coordination with the higher management to assess customer attitudes to the current product/services range and new product/services introductions. Either conduct this research with in-house staff or manage an outside agency i.e. initial identification of suitable partner, definition of responsibilities, communication plan, divisions of responsibility, milestones, contract with company, review transcripts and reports, and recommend action plans from the research.
Web & Social Media Responsibilities:
1. Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written).
2. Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
3. Conduct online advocacy and open stream for cross-promotions.
4. Develop and expand community and/or blogger outreach efforts.
5. Oversee design (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, and blog).
6. Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.
7. Compile report for management showing results (ROI).
8. Become an advocate for the Company in Social Media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
9. Develop a strategy and implement a proactive process for capturing customer online reviews. Monitor online ratings and respond accordingly.
10. Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
11. Identify threats and opportunities in user generated content surrounding the business. Report notable threats to appropriate management.
12. Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the Social Media campaigns.
13. Monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of Social Media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
