- Educate prospective customers about Bima’s Microinsurance products and sell these products in the field to the customers.
- Meet or exceed daily sales goals.
- Provide the highest quality of service to customers in the market with a positive attitude within the defined SOPs of the company
- Keep abreast of the latest information w.r.t the products, policies and procedures of the company in order to handle customer queries and complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure strict compliance with New Sales Activation
- Adhere to the company’ business code of conduct, corporate policies, guidelines, and statutory requirements
- Regularly attend Team Meetings and other learning initiatives.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
