The job of a Team Lead in Bir Al Sabia Technologies Pvt Ltd. entails ensuring the execution of decided business plans and routine works in an efficient and profitable way. The Team Manager determines both short-range and long-range objectives to meet business operation expectations. He/She is responsible for co-operating with the Academy Sales Manager, and Senior Management.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Managing a team of call center representatives / teachers directly and directing their activities for the achievement of firm targets and goals.
· Managing the overall performance of teachers.
· Monitoring team performance to ensure that the company goals are met and supporting quality and training efforts.
· Measuring and demonstrating the group productivity as well as the individual reports related to employee and customer outcomes.
· Identifying and articulating reporting requirements, which includes targets, specific data, and anticipated outcomes.
· Identifying, recommending and supporting the implementation of various programs for the improvement of sales / teaching processes.
· Writing and conducting performance evaluations, making employment decisions, setting up performance goals and targets for assigned team.
Skills
Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
Solid communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills (Multi-lingual people preferred, though not a compulsion).
Ability to express ideas in clear and concise manner.
Solid problem-solving skills and excellent Management skills.
Ability to think tactically and identify significant success factors.
