Job Description:
We require a customer support individual who has strong communication skills and who will be able to take phone calls from customers calling to our online shopping website. You must have good verbal communication and must be able to take orders on the phone and answer customer queries. Communication will primarily be in Urdu but you also need good command in English. You will need to have good writing skills to answer emails and do paperwork. Candidates with some experience are preferred but strong graduates are also encouraged to apply.
