|
As a member of CSR- Chat Support team, you shall be required to: - Chat with live customers from the UK in order to provide support regarding our products
- Provide the customers with price quotations on different products and process their orders through to the production team
- Interact with different departments within the organization to get the best price quotations
- Follow up with the customers / clients via emails.
