Job Description:

As a member of CSR- Chat Support team, you shall be required to:

  • Chat with live customers from the UK in order to provide support regarding our products
  • Provide the customers with price quotations on different products and process their orders through to the production team
  • Interact with different departments within the organization to get the best price quotations
  • Follow up with the customers / clients via emails.
 
Skills Required:
 
Fixed Salary plus very attractive commission plans
Excellent Business Communication Skills with fluency in English
Typing Speed should be at least 40 - 50 wpm
Positions vacant for afternoon / evening / night shifts
Females are encouraged to apply in afternoon shift
Pick n Drop facility for female employees
