· To carry out in-process testing from Drops, Syrups, Mother Tinctures, Tablet, Specialties etc.
· To maintain the finished product reference sample for the remedy of market complaints and for stability testing.
· To prepare the regents as per Q.C requirement following BP/UPS etc references.
· To carry out the distillation process of rectified spirit received from Sale Return / Q.C department during the testing process.
· To carry out the distillation process of water in Q.C Lab.
· To carry out the testing of purified water from RO plants (Drops & C.Wing-I Section) & maintain its record with the coordination of operation department.
· To prepare the product conformance data report & data analysis detail report for MR meeting after three months.
· Prepare the feed back data of the product on the provided format.
· To search new health product on internet and discuss relevant papers with Director R&D.
· To collect feed back from sales and marketing department on the efficacy and quality of existing product and put up proposal for its efficacy and quality of existing product and put up proposal for its betterment if required.
· To prepare / compile the Q-C&A data in the computer / manual as per advise of the Manager Q-C&A.
· Compilation of monographs & SOP’s.
· Compilation of clinical trial studies.
· Compilation of testing protocols of medicinal herbs and revalidation of the same.
