Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

--Loading, summarizing, and analyzing data

--Investigating data for issues and communicating findings in a clear way

--Analyzing data and producing reports using spreadsheets and databases

--Designing reports or populating pre-designed exhibits

--Assisting consultants with research and marketing projects

--Drafting written reports and other correspondence

--Self-starter and able to take initiative and work with limited direction

--Developing and implementing software solutions

--Creative and resourceful problem solving

Requirements:

--2-5 years of work experience (similar work experience preferred)

--Excellent spoken and written English

--Strong Microsoft® SQL Server skills (in particular SQL Management Studio) or MySQL or other SQL skills

--Strong Microsoft® Excel skills

--Experience with Microsoft® Word and Access

--Bachelors in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or related field

--Knowledge of computer programming languages (preference for SAS and VBA, though not required)

--Strong organizational skills, completing tasks on-time

--Willingness and aptitude for detailed work

--Strong leadership ability

--US/British exposure or education preferred, but not required

--Successful completion of actuarial exam(s) preferred, but not required

--Good GPA and education history
