KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Helping Branch to identify weak areas and plan for improvement
- Daily reporting from field technician/ franchises and proper complain distribution to technician
- To receive call of dealer / angry customer critical complaint resolution and satisfaction
- Follow up with technician on critical complain for timely resolution.
- Workshop/technician complains status review and follow up for timely unit completion and delivery.
- To monitor branch and franchise Engineering Workforce Commission (EWC) target v/s Achievement.
- Preparation of product quality feedback reports.
