Plan, direct, coordinate, and lead activities/projects/events/ university chapters/ etc to ensure that goals, objectives and all elements of the vision of Brand Pakistan are accomplished within the prescribed time frame.
Do a market review of activities of governmental organizations, private sector business interests, non-profit and educational institutions, and others to identify synergies between Brand Pakistan and them.
Develop Business Development proposers for different partners from Corporate Sector, Public Sectors, NGOs and Donors for funding of different sustainable activities.
Provide program content expertise, which will include delivering public presentations about Brand Pakistan and its projects
Follow proactive approach to come up with ideas/projects/events that help to fulfill the vision of Brand Pakistan.
Oversee budget, ensure financial accountability
Outline work plan to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority
Establish work plan and staffing for each phase of project, and arrange for assignment of project personnel.
Network with local, regional, state and national agencies; educational institutions; non profit organizations; and private sector business interests for future program development.
Skills
• Business Development & Project Management
o Proposed candidates need to demonstrate L5 of Business Development & Project Management. Where he/she should be able to demonstrate experience in Market Intelligence, Product and Service development, Risk management. Managing relations with Client, Linking products with sponsorship strategy, Ability to use Project Management tools, Resource Management
• Event Management
o This job will require lots of small and large events to be managed. But most of the time this job will be supporting function for different events. Therefore, the proposed candidate should be able to demonstrate mid-level of this skill set i.e. L3
• Communication Skills:
o Due to the nature of the job the proposed candidate should be able to demonstrate L5 for both written and verbal communication especially in English language.
• Computer Skills:
o Mid-level computer literacy is expected from the proposed candidate for this job. i.e. L3
• Financial Planning and Management
o This role will be looking after the budgetary side of the projects/products but will not require critical financial decision making. Hence L2 is to be demonstrated by the proposed candidate. Where, he/she should be able to demonstrate basic knowledge of finance and financial controls for check and balance.
