-Develop sales leads and convert them into new customers

- Establish long term business terms with existing customers

- Negotiate with buyer assuring balance of company's interest and customer satisfaction

  - Provide customer services promptly

- Oversee costing compilation and negotiate finalized prices and all other order related matters with customers directly 

- Coordinate with customers to make decisions regarding product construction, materials, labeling and packaging.

- Manage preparation of sample & order files

- Ensure requirement of leather and materials for samples and orders are communicated accurately to concerned departments.

- Coordinate with production and procurement to ensure required quality and on time delivery

- Complete sales transaction by following customers for settlement of accounts

- Supervise the export documentation of orders and resolve any ambiguity/conflict

- To estimate and process import of accessories for sample & orders, where applicable

- Train, develop & motivate the staff under supervision

- Suggest ideas for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness of production and related functions

- Analyze all customer complaints and strategize to eradicate all problems proactively

- Research and plan for collection range and leather articles for all customers keeping in mind their markets & buyers

- Identify new leather articles to develop, i.e. new finishes, looks and utilizing specific raw material origin vis-a-vis cost-effectiveness.

- Study enhancement of trims and accessories for leather garments either through local development or foreign suppliers through import.

- Aid in planning sales visit and related activities
