Branch Manager is required for a full fledge modern supermarket. Drives profitable sales and meets or exceeds store financial plans through helping set priorities for self and the store team to deliver on KPI goals (Conversion, Units Per Transaction and Sales Per Hour). He is expected to have adequate knowledge of products sourcing, customer service, sales and marketing, merchandising , maintaining POSs, Inventory management and exercise of controls.
Duties:
· Accountable for operational results in store procedures cash handling and inventory control.
· Executes store visual standards in accordance with visual merchandising direction (Place & Display Stock in the Shop)
· Attend & Assist Walk in Customers with other staff.
· Develop Customer base & increase Sales volume through Personal attention to Customers.
· Maintain Strong Customer relationship via effective Communication & Proper response at working time.
