Position: Finance / Admin Assistant
- Reports directly to Finance & Admin Manager
- Document accounts receivables and payables in accounting system
- Spare part inventory, goods in/out control and costing
- Support for month- and year-end-closings for local as well as consolidated group accounts
- Maintain account master data in SAP ERP
- Travel management (flights, accommodation, local travel etc.) and visa applications
- Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
- Receive, sort and maintain log of daily mail/deliveries/courier
- Answer & forward phone calls
- Greet guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner
- Provide general administrative & marketing support
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Skills
Ability to work in an international environment together w, Powerpoint, Word, Excellent knowledge in MS Office (Outlook, Excellent verbal and written skills in Urdu and English
