As a member of BSP, the Assistant Manager ER will assist the Employee Relations Manager, providing in-
depth solutions to ER issues, administrative support with specific relation to legal aspects etc. The role is responsible for legal compliance, contracts and coordination with various stakeholders etc. We are looking for someone with good communication skills, attention to detail and drive.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Ensure legal compliance of Labor Laws
2. Grievance handling and inquiries
3. Manage third party contractors and its compliance
4. Responsible for interactions with various government departments and labor unions
5. Ensure employee engagement: interaction at the floor level
6. Ensure implementation of agreements and policies.

• Must have relevant experience with Union Relations (preferably at the same level of Industry)
• Must have relevant experience with Stakeholder involvement (Government departments interactions)

Important points:

  • Lahore/Kasur candidates are preferred
  • We provide company transport from Lahore (Walton road) to Kasur and back to Lahore (Walton road)
