As a member of BSP, the Sales Coordinator deals and coordinates with internal and external customers and supports the sales team in day to day affairs. The role is responsible for record keeping, co-coordinating with various departments etc. We are looking for someone with good communications skills, attention to detail and drive.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Customer Cheque verification.

  • Assisting sales team with Payment tracking via monitoring of daily collection.

  • Account settlement with customers/ internal departments, including debit/ credit note settlements.

  • Resolving tax related matters including tax deduction settlements etc.

  • Assisting Regional Sales Manager in compilation/ monitoring of collection targets.

  • Assisting sales team in compilation/ monitoring of daily ageing and customer ledgers.

  • Assisting sales team with Balance confirmation/ reconciliation as and when required.

  • SAP Accounts related issues resolution.

  • Any other sales accounts related matters as & when they arise.
