Responsibilities:

Prepare and communicate an execution brief for the activity prior to the activity,
Arrange team for activity,
Arrange training for his team,
Overall responsible for the project/activity on ground,
Should be able to command and demand discipline from all team under him,
Must be aware of an activity, target audience, product knowledge and safety procedures
Find solutions for problems in activity
Keep random check on brand ambassadors about brand pitch and pointers.
Financial Management of an activity.
Responsible for production related to activity,
Arrange & managing of Stock and keep monitoring of samples during activity.
Receive progress reports from supervisors daily,
Deal and make good relationship with spot management and local sales team,
Audit spot, activity elements & Brand Ambassadors for the compliance of activity mechanics
Randomly conduct training refreshers for his team,
Assure the hygiene / grooming of his team involved (BAs, helpers & others if any),
Resolve team issues, punctuality of activity timing.
Get team to comply of Code of Conduct.
All queries related to activity must be shared with client,
Update Bulls Eye Communication’s activation team and clients regarding all the activity issues,
Should be in loop with clients, BE’s activation & safety coordinator.
