·Responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided ineffective and efficient manner. ·Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages. ·Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings and conferences. ·Type draft letters and confidential documents. ·File all the important documents and maintain the general filing system. ·Deal with the internal and external complaints related to the products. ·File the complaints according to the procedure. ·Deal with the employees telecommunication related issues and try to solve them on timely basis.
