Burger Hub, A well established and popular restaurant located inside Vogue Towers on MM Alam Road requires a restaurant manager.
Duties:
- Supervision of dining area team during operating hours
- Customer relationing and service, problem solving, feedback collection
- Supervision of cash counter during opening/closing and cash reconciliation
- Liase with kitchen supervisers to ensure timely delivery of inventory, orders and to assist them if there are any issues
- Any other tasks that are needed to be done to ensure smooth operations
- Ensuring smooth shift changeover and staff punctuality
Skills
- Must be able to handle customer situations in a positive manner, accept criticism and negative feedback, and act to help customers on the spot.
- Minimum Graduation
- Must have knowledge of inventory, demand and cas management
70% of duties are related to customer relationing and managing the dining area
30% of duties are related to opening/closing and helping kitchen supervisors
