1. Ensure all polices and guidelines are being followed. 2.Achievement of regional sales targets. 3.Conduct market visits to ensure: a)Following objectives are being achieved: · Market coverage · SKU wise availability of products as per shop potential · Market hygiene · High satisfaction level of our customers. b) Develop good relations with key retail & whole sale outlets. 5. Keep seniors well informed about market development in their region relating to our own products and from competitors. 6.To coordinate with Customer Service Department to ensure that all market issues are addressed timely and feedback is received from the concerned branch manager within set time limits. 8.Team motivation at all time under all circumstances. 9.Development and grooming of staff for existing and future challenges. 10. Proactively & continuously identify need of enhancement in physical, technological & human infrastructure in line with present & future needs of the business. 11.To ensure that No un-Islamic activity is pursued at any of our work places (including loud airing of music, consumption of prohibited food/drinks, etc) 12. To ensure that all our work places have following arrangements for prayers with Jamaat. - Designated place with mats and stoppage of work during designated/ Namaz times - Imam (assigned responsibility among the employees) - Ablution place 13. Any other responsibility/ assignment given by HOD/ Management.
