| Job Description: |
|
- He will be responsible for independently looking after Warehousing function of his respective branch.
- Planning, supervising and administering the work of subordinates & loaders.
- Maintain stock as per FEFO and also responsible to maintain traceability at all times.
- Ensure the safe custody of company's property i.e. stocks, machine etc.
- Responsible for availability of the required replacement of manpower in consultation with the departmental head.
- Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met.
- To develop better communication and understanding with other departments as well.
- Keeping stock control system up to date and planning future capacity requirements.
- Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and their timely report to HOD.
- Timely brief and update seniors on issues which may cause any problem.
- Ensure health, safety, cleanliness and security of the staff and stock
- Responsible for daily closing and opening of warehouses at stipulated times and ensure smooth operation.
- Inroutine cycle take physical stock of warehouse to ensure updatedposition. Check all relevant documents to ensure proper stock taking.
Skills Required: Must be familiar with physical stock taking
Team player
Have clear understanding of Warehousing function
Good interpersonal and analytical skills.
