Burraq Communications is a well reputed call center operating in Rawalpindi for the past 5 years. We are hiring call center agents for USA Auto Insurance Projects in both evening and night shifts.
- Making sales to specific customers by calling through automated dialing system.
- Deliver scripted sales pitch to the customers.
- Handle customer questions.
- Obtain and verify required customer information accordingly.
- Input obtained information into the computer system.
- Maintain safe and clean environment by complying with policies, rules and regulations.
