Our inbound call center is specialized in customer services, order-taking, software maintenance and development. We specialize in creating powerful, efficient and cost effective solutions for our clients that can be fully customized to meet or exceed the requirements of your business.

We are currently in need of a Business Development Manager for the purpose of expansion of the business and to identify potential clients for long term relationship.

The position calls for a dynamic, innovative professional that can bring in new business and clients for the call center services, mobile application development, web designing and development and other business opportunities that fall within the area of expertise of the company. The business development manager shall work to develop partnerships and bring clients from both Pakistan and International.

Duties of the Role:

  • Client outreach and Proposal Development: Excellent writing and communication skills are required. Ability to develop formal proposals and emails.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Strong knowledge of IT, mobile application development and call centers. Knowledge of online business development tools.
  • Development of Marketing materials: Ability to design marketing materials such as profiles, brochures, newsletters and website contents etc.
  • Managing Existing clients and partnership: Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and client focused approach. Ability to track progress and report of deliverables and results.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, marketing or business administration.

Experience working in call center, IT or web designing sectors.

Must have strong knowledge and demonstrable experience with Elance, Odesk, Freelance etc.

Knowledge of mobile application development

Fluency in English, both verbal and written

Client and Customer focused approach

Team building skills

Existing network of potential clients

Programming Knowledge

Graphic design skills
