| Job Description: |
|
- Responsible for recruiting staff: this includes developing job descriptions, preparing advertisements, checking application forms,short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates.
- Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits.
- Undertaking regular salary reviews.
- Administering payroll and maintaining records relating to staff.
- Planning and delivering training, including inductions for new staff.
- Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.
- Responsible for handling social security and EOBI matters
- Responsible for Performance Management and Appraisal systems.
