Job Description:
  • Responsible for recruiting staff: this includes developing job descriptions, preparing advertisements, checking application forms,short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates.
  • Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits.
  • Undertaking regular salary reviews.
  • Administering payroll and maintaining records relating to staff.
  • Planning and delivering training, including inductions for new staff.
  • Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.
  • Responsible for handling social security and EOBI matters
  • Responsible for Performance Management and Appraisal systems.
 
Skills Required:
 
--Minimum 2 Years of Experience in Related Fields.

--Must be Graduate Degree Holder from Reputed College/University with Good Grades.

--Spoken/Written English Should be Extra Ordinary, Computer Skills must be Outstanding.

--Should be able to perform in Competitive time sensitive environment.

--Must have Team work, support attitude.
