We urgently require the services of Production Manager. His responsibilities would include: - Production planning and its implementation
- Ensuring that production targets are routinely met
- Responsible for safe and positive production environment
- Coordinate different functions of the department to ensure smooth flow of work
- Coordinate closely with other departments for smooth functioning of production
- Suggest and implement ways and means to enhance quality and productivity
- Resolve all technical problems - Foresee, identify and overcome bottlenecks, problems & delays occurring in the field - Hire, train, develop and motivate staff under supervision. |
