The purpose of the Procurement Assistant position is to streamline procurement documentation and record keeping as per CARE Country office Procurement Policies & procedure manual. Keep regular update of procurement record, carry out follow-ups with vendors and customers and document all communication/correspondence. |

TECHNICAL SKILLS
Required
Proficiency in computer (Microsoft, Word, Excel);
Good command of written/spoken English;
Driving license;

V. CONTACTS/KEY RELATIONSHIPS
The Procurement Assistant is expected to establish and maintain open and cordial relations with vendors, departments. She/he is also required to work closely with the Procurement Manager, procurement Officer and other related staff.
VI. WORKING CONDITIONS AND LEVEL OF TRAVEL REQUIRED.
The Procurement Assistant is based in Multan with travel to the Field as and when required.
