This position serves the purpose for assistance in the financial reporting, budgeting and financial information system activities. S/he should provide all the support and assistance required at his/her level in financial reporting, Budgets and Financial system administration.
The position holder is broadly responsible to upkeep People soft and adaptive planning Systems administrative functions, update of the currency files in Adp, prepare and update budgets in Adp, Assist in preparing monthly financial reporting and Budget Versus Actual analysis considering the currency fluctuations, assist with exchange gains and losses projections.
S/he has to actively participate in monthly project review meetings, and assist in review donor budgets to assist in analysis and help in preparation of management reports. S/he would assist in preparation of the monthly Standard Financial Analysis and would follow up with concerned finance staff where required for follow up items.
