You will be required to….

  • · Develop and maintain strong relationship with all drivers on our system
  • · Be the focal point for all help & support required for Careem drivers
  • · Recruit high quality drivers and motivate them to dedicate more and more time for Careem rides
  • · Ensure our drivers follow Careem customer standards
  • · Train our drivers on our technology and customer service experience
  • · Provide all necessary support to ensure our operations run smoothly
  • · Ensure all drivers have non-criminal and clean background
