Job Description:

An experienced Customer Service Manager is required to delivering an excellent customer experience to individuals and to a large corporate client. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for driving a customer service plan to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. The role is in the fashion industry and requires a candidate with experience of both call centre work and face-to-face operation.

Candidates will be from a busy environment and be able to understand complex technical issues as well as being sympathetic and responsive to the needs of customers and client alike. The Customer Service Manager must be able to work both proactively and reactively and be able to deal with an ever-changing workload. Dedication to providing a superior customer service experience is a must, as is the ability to manage individuals and small teams.

Preference will be given to the candidate from Fashion Industry or Event Management Company
