OVERALL DESCRIPTION
- We are seeking a Sales Executive to contribute to the overall marketing efforts of the company across multiple platforms and formats to drive engagement, client acquisition and client retention via effective communication.
Job Responsibilities:
- Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;
- Following up on leads generated by our website
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;
- Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries;
- Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
- Gathering market and customer information;
- Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
- Gaining a clear understanding of customers' requirements;
- Reporting daily on the progress
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience as a Sales Executive
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written) and capable of working effectively within a team
- Have a good understanding of the marketing principles and excellent project management skills
- An ambitious and hardworking team player, who is results driven and has a natural competitiveness
- Demonstrated success working in fast-paced, dynamic and deadline oriented environment
- Must be entrepreneurial, bright, articulate and able to challenge management to think beyond conventional wisdom within the current business paradigm
- Must have demonstrated ability to be a strategic thinker
- Have a good understanding of the marketing principles
